The method of preparation of the fired trials was follows:-

  • 0.9mm copper as used
  • The actual size of the blanks is 50mm x 37mm
  • Three thin coats of enamel were applied by dry dusting
  • The blanks were counter enamelled
  • Firing time was 2 minutes and the temperature was 800 centigrade
